Wageningen University is the leading European University in Life Sciencesis. The Dutch University is using P2Go for a wide range of purposes
such as campuswide automated lecture capture and fully automatic broadcast of the graduation ceremonies. The WUR-TV video portal offers access to live broadcasts and at the same time provides a catalogue where videos can be recalled for on-demand use. Multiple recording stations can in this way make use of the same server simultaneously. The catalogue can be maintained and metadata can be modified or added. Search engines that comply with the Open Archives Initiative can harvest metadata from the repository. End users can use a RSS feed to be notified of new recordings. The Presentations 2Go Video Server is serving 16 mobile Presentations 2Go roadkits with tracking cameras for recording and archiving online lectures. Students can review the learning content from their personalised learning environment in Sharepoint or Blackboard, or download the vodcast to their mobile phone or iPod. The recording and live broadcasting of the graduation ceremonies is fully automated. The P2Go system integrates with the room control and automation systems from the University. The P2Go schedule allows to start and control the mounted capture system.
